What do I need to host an online course using BlueStreak Learning’s Webinar Service?
To host an online meeting, you must meet the following requirements:
- PC, Mac or Linux
- Netscape or Internet Explorer 4.0 or later
- Screen resolution of at least 800x600
- Steady Internet connection that is separate from your telephone line
- A telephone with a headset

Do I have to download any software to host or attend an online course?
There is no software to download to host or attend a meeting. A user only needs a browser and Flash installed on their computer.

What if I don’t have Flash installed on my computer?
96% of the computers in use today have Flash installed on their computer and will be able to use the service without needing to download any software. However, if it is not installed on your computer, you will receive a notice that you need to install Flash. Simply follow the directions on the screen or go to http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/do

To attend an online session, you must meet the following requirements:

Do I need Microsoft Outlook to schedule a meeting?
Our custom online invitation tool is provided as part of our service and no other mail product is needed. It allows you to enter the e-mails of your participants and it will send the invitation to them automatically, providing them with a link to the presentation, the time, and any other required information.

What is your cancellation policy?
